Please comment on your experiences with immediate implant provisional (or final) restoration for both single tooth and full arch cases. Are you familiar with Nobel Biocare's "All on 4" protocol? If so, let us know how it is going for you?

sir, gave single unit and bridge cases with immediate final restorations (within 72 hrs of implantation).
till now no problem encountered.
