Hello: I started my career in Dentistry 28 years ago as a CDA, 20 of those years has been in Office Management. Although I loved being a dental assistant, I found my strength to be the front office. Whether it was a manager, practice administrator, receptionist or treatment coordinator, I found my niche and have been very successful in the path I have chosen. Although I have been told my greatest strength is case acceptance and treatment planning. My average case acceptance rate is 85-95% with monthly collection rate of 95 or better. I am very passionate about dentistry and what a healthy smile can do for a patient’s long-term health and self-esteem. There is nothing more rewarding than giving a patient the confidence only a great smile can. I am searching for a team that believes as I do. All patients deserve excellent oral healthcare and the best customer service I can provide. I understand the demands being part of a team that puts patient’s needs first and have no problem staying until a patient’s procedure is complete or an emergency is seen last minute. I am a successful driven dental professional who enjoys learning new techniques. It is my belief the more I continue to learn, in all areas of life the better person I can be to those around me. But I have found that I am able to mesh very easily to the demands of a new position.
