About Me
Lacey Andreotta DDS, a native of Denham Springs, LA, is committed to providing the highest quality care to her patients in a gentle, efficient, and stress-free environment. Dr. Lacey earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry after four years of undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University and two years of graduate studies at Illinois State University. During her education, she also participated with teaching, tutoring, and researching in the chemistry department. In addition to the requirements of dental school, Dr. Lacey completed training in dental forensics, advanced endodontic training (root canals), and spent many hours volunteering at LSU’s Interim Hospital’s oral surgery department and at Leonard J. Chabert Hospital in Houma, LA. She was one of four students chosen in her senior year to attend the Hinman Dental Society annual meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an active member in good standing of the Louisiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity. Dr. Lacey is American Red Cross certified in Basic and Advanced Cardio Life Support. During her academic training she was involved in community service projects such as Give Kids a Smile, NFL Play 60 with the New Orleans Saints, and Habitat for Humanity. Dr. Lacey has spent time as an associate at a very successful practice on the Northshore as well as on the Westbank before becoming the owner of Southern Dental Care. Dr. Lacey has recently moved to the Westbank with her husband, three dogs, and a cat. They were very excited to welcome their first child, Tucker, in January of this year. They are loyal Tigers and Saints fans and can be found tailgating with friends and family during football season.
