What to eat?
Whole grains and nuts
Eat whole grains daily instead of refined grains. Whole grains include brown rice, oatmeal and whole wheat bread. Also, nuts like almonds, walnuts etc.
Fiber rich foods
Eat healthier vegetables, including dark green and orange vegetables, eat a variety of fruits.
Cheese, yoghurt and paneer
Cheese also contains calcium and protein, nutrients that strengthen tooth enamel.

Water
It helps flush away bits of food. It also can dilute the sugar acids. Hence, consume water at regular intervals.
