We came up with a very neat idea to drive patient traffic to the dental office with an Real Time Q&A and Online Appointment Booking System. We need some real beta testers, who better to test it other than the dentists users themselves. Let me know what you think of the idea. It is just a beta set up for now, so nothing is concrete yet until we get feedbacks from actual users. Please make suggestions from the practical side of the booking procedures. What are the features that you like to have in place so that a patient from your area actually get booked into your dental office. I can gladly tell you about my involvement. I have been with MRC for 6 years working directly with Chris Farrell in the head office in Australia. I am responsible for the internal communications as well as MRC's web portfolio.
In the last 2 years, I have been heavily involved in the development of the MRC Clinics network and development of the practice management system itself. As part of the initial pilot I have been involved in the design of clinic layouts, interior design, marketing styleguide and development of the trainerkids.com and lessbraces.com websites.
You may be glad to know that our team has seen your YouTube introductory video and are fans. It really is the benchmark for what all of our doctors should be doing to get the information across to parents.
