Dr. Farajnejad, received her undergraduate education at the University of Texas and graduated in 1999. Then she attended dental school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and received her DDS degree in 2003. Dr. Farajnejad then joined a General Practice residency program in St. Luke’s Hospital.
