About Me
Dr. Maurice Haynes is the general dentist and co-founder of University Centre Dental Asspociates. A native of Kingston, Jamaica, Dr Haynes came to the United States in August of 1987 to attend Dental School. He graduated from Howard University’s College of Dentistry in May of 1991, and completed his General Practice Residency from D.C. General Hospital in May of 1992. In 2000, Dr. Haynes and his wife, Dr. Elizabeth Haynes, created University Centre Dental Associates. Since its inception, Dr. Haynes has seen the practice grow, and in July of 2006, moved the practice to Greenbelt, MD where he could provide a larger treatment facility with advanced technology and equipment for his patient care. Dr. Haynes is committed to continuing education to keep up with the ever changing dental technologies and advancements. He has completed over 180 hours of seminars and workshops. He is an active member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Haynes is dedicated to providing his patients with the very highest quality of dental care, in a caring and friendly environment. When not working with his patients, Dr. Haynes enjoys playing tennis, listening to music, and spending time with his wife and children.
