Being a specialist, I would say Bruxism, or teeth grinding, is a common condition.  If you suspect you are grinding your teeth, schedule an appointment with your dentist right now. These all may be signs of bruxism. Getting a diagnosis confirmed can lead to treatment and prevent further damage to your teeth and jaw.  Finally, the dentist may suggest reducing or avoiding certain foods or beverages that may predispose you to grinding your teeth.
