Due to the poor oral care, gum and dental diseases can be increase vastly. One of the most important things to learn about dental care is any indication of tooth or gum disease. When you ignore brushing and flossing you run the risk of developing a gum infection that can lead to worse problems. It is necessary that we spend at least 2-3 mins brushing in the morning and before going to bed. Also cleaning after every meal is important. Visit your dentist regularly and get your teeth checked. Prevention is better than cure.
